Saw-Whets and Cider

  • Cope Environmental Center 1730 Airport Road Centerville, IN, 47330 United States (map)

Did you know that you can see 7 species of owls in Indiana during the winter? Join us at CEC as we welcome, Mary Gray Bird Sanctuary Director, Libby Keyes to discuss winter owl migration while sipping on some hot cider. Learn about the migration of the Saw-Whet Owl and where you could find Snowys, as well as other owls who come from the far north in winter.

After the presentation join us as we take a short hike to see what owls we can find in the woods. Whooo Knows?? Maybe one of these elusive birds is roosting near by!
