Salamander and Frog Walk

  • Cope Environmental Center 1730 Airport Road Centerville, IN, 47330 United States (map)

Join us for an amphibian filled night as we explore our wetlands to see all the amazing frogs, toads, and salamanders that are singing and breeding. We will learn how to identify different species and look at what their eggs look like. We will talk about what conditions are best to see large groups of amphibians and how you can help them survive and be successful in laying eggs. Dress for the weather and have clothing and footwear that can possibly get wet or dirty.

We would like to thank First Bank Richmond for their sponsorship of this program.
